In many cases he advises his clients comprehensively on matters of corporate law over several years or even decades, also representing them in disputes among shareholders. Such a close relationship based on mutual trust is often the basis for advising family owned businesses, but also private clients in their succession planning. Marcus Baum’s clients profit from his extensive experience as a member of supervisory bodies and as executor of estates. Since June 2024 Marcus Baum is a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.

He is regularly recommended by JUVE, The Legal 500, Best Lawyers and Handelsblatt.
