Dr. Jürgen Rieg provides comprehensive advice on corporate law to enterprises and entrepreneurs alike, from their foundation through to corporate restructuring projects, investments and disinvestments as well as all kinds of transfer, whether through sale or succession. He also represents our clients in disputes before the courts of law and arbitration tribunals. A further central area of his work is advice on regulatory issues under the law on money laundering.
