Professor Dr. Olaf Hohmann advises and defends both indi­viduals and com­panies in crimi­nal and other regu­latory proceedings. In ad­dition, he advises on pre­ventive issues, on the imple­men­tation of com­pliance manage­ment systems and accom­panies inter­nal investi­gations. Indi­vidually developed stra­tegies and solu­tions, which are oriented towards the current needs of the clients, are his guiding principles.

Professor Dr. Olaf Hohmann teaches criminal law and criminal pro­cedure as an hono­rary pro­fessor at the University of Greifswald. In addition, he publishes essays on topics of commer­cial criminal law and criminal pro­cedure law on a regular basis. He is the author of numerous arti­cles in profes­sional journals as well as the author and co-editor of re­nowned com­men­taries and hand­books on criminal law and criminal pro­cedure law.
