Dr. Christoph Hartmann has been advising medium-sized companies, their owners and managers as well as executives on commercial law matters for over 30 years. The consistent enforcement of his clients' interests is always at the centre of his work.

The basis for this is a meti­culous analysis of the issues to be settled together with the client. Achieving good solutions is always dependent on well-managed communication. Dr Hartmann uses all methods of competitive and consensual negotiation techniques. Dr Hartmann is a trained mediator who has been practising since 1999 and has further training in systemic counselling.

Dr Hartmann advises on corporate law structural issues, represents our clients in corporate law disputes, in share­holders' meetings, in the area of M&A and in commercial law contractual matters. He supports management and super­visory bodies in the adoption of resolutions, including the avoidance and defence of liability cases. His practice also includes the structuring of management board and managing director employment relation­ships as well as inheritance law dispo­sitions and succession planning. Dr Hartmann has completed the specialist lawyer courses for labour law and inheritance law.
